I see you are a Tata Nano Twist owner. It's a pity that Tata cars stopped being imported in Malta (Europe) where I live. I had hoped to see the Nano here as it looks cool and it's probably a good and economical car. I guess you got it to replace your Maruti 800. How does the Nano twist compare to the Maruti 800 ?
Please don't call me sir.
I sold my Maruti 800 with a heavy heart as it had started to give lots of problems. Almost every part had to be replaced to keep the car running due to its age. Rust too had started to take a huge toll on the car as well. All the time I drove Maruti 800, I never felt the need of power steering. The steering is very light compared to Non PS Nano.
-The EPAS makes Nano Twist a breeze to drive in the city.
-The 4 meter turning radius is a boon while taking U turns in crowded places.
-The AC is very effective, even with no additional tint on the windows and 41 degree temperature outside. The power loss is negligible with AC switched on.
-The car stays stable on highways till 90kmph.
-The DTE and AFE features are a boon.
-Due to the tall boy design, ingress and egress is easy in Nano.
-Cushioning has improved in Nano Twist for better comfort.
-Headlights are very powerful.
-A pillar is a huge blind spot.
-Luggage space is less. Maximum 2 travel bags can be accommodated. (Addressed in Nano GenX: Openable boot with 110 liter luggage space for Manual transmission)
-15 liter tank capacity means frequent pump visits. (Addressed in Nano GenX: 24 liter capacity)
-Reverse gear is hard to slot sometimes.
