Modifications For Opel Corsa 1.4 GSi

Hello Guys,
Since i was small my dad used to collect cars and recently he has given me his Opel Corsa to drive. I am planning to do some modifications.

Its engine is good, it revs very well. But the exhaust had got an crack and was out. The car is overall in a good condition with all the original parts.

I am planning to do some things with the engine, tyres, alloys and also with the exhaust. I also need a good ICE setup.

Need your help guys with some sports and nice looks for my Corsa.....

The 1.4 GSi is not a performance-mod friendly engine buddy. At max you can churn out some 5+ bhps that too with CAI and FFE with very precise plumbing which is very hard to achieve in engine bay of corsa. I'd suggest you to get a K&N stock replacement air filter and fuel additives to the tank. Change spark plugs. Get rid of any unwanted weight from the car. Yes, you can get better/broader tires and alloys to enhance the looks.

Regarding ICE share your music tastes and max budget. Also, post some pics of the ride too.

^^^yup,the 1.4 is not a mods delight and if you mess up too much with it,it will bite you back with problems.

Thanks for your reply guys,
I can go upto 25k for ICE and 25k for alloys and tyres.
And can't i fit a exhaust because the stock silencer is already out.

For ICE :

HU - Pio/Clarion/Kenny - 8K
Fronts - Morels/RF/Hetrz - 6K
Rears - JBL/RF - 4K
Amp - Kenny846/Hertz - 6K
Sub - JBl 1215/RF P1 in sealed box - 5K
Wiring + RCAs - 3K
Total : 31K
You can chose to add amp and sub later too.

For Alloys :

Alloys - choose from Plati/Neo/HR - around 3-4K per pc.
Shoes - BS Turanza/Yokos/Apollo - around 3-4K per pc.
Chose Michelin only if you drive on nice roads.

And so post some pics of your ride.

Hey guys give me the exact dimension for tyre upgrade.....
As i need to do it as earlier as i can....
I want some huge wheels
So suggest me the best i can fit for the stock rims.....

Freakdude need ur help urgently man.......

I guess the stock wheels are 175/70 R13, so, if you wish to upgrade I guess the best bet would be to go for 185/60 R14. this would give your ride that meanish look you are looking for with wider and somewhat lower profile tires. Also, the error after upsize would be only 0.42, which means when your speedo reads 70mph, you're actually travelling at 70.29mph.
