Gurgaon city witnessed an unclogged relay to the world of powersports as the city played host to the Polaris - Northern India Offroad Club Monsoon 4X4 drive challenge today at Westin Gurgaon. Motor enthusiasts were seen attending and participating in the event, showcasing the best of 4X4 vehicles available, to make it a grand success. The Monsoon 4X4 Wheel Drive Challenge is the largest congregation on off-roading enthusiast in North India. It is the annual show case event of Northern India Off-road Club (NIOC), a 4x4 enthusiast group that actively promotes off-road driving and restoration of 4x4 vehicles.
This year the event witnessed a participation of over 85 4x4 vehicles from all over northern India. Polaris India- one of the leading sponsors of the event showcased and participated with its range of products which included 3 vehicles of RZR S 800 and one each from ATV 850, ATV 500 and RZR 4 Robby Gordan. Mr. Pankaj Dubey, Managing Director Polaris India participated as a rider and drove Polaris RZR S 800. The vehicle comes with low center of gravity for true sport agility, wide stance with long travel suspension and true sport acceleration which is 0 to 35 mph in 3.8 seconds.

We hope that the Indian market should soon be seen as another exciting destination for off roading vehicles” Polaris – NIOC Monsoon 4X4 drive challenge is a non-competitive challenge judged as a platform to demonstrate off-road driving capabilities through extreme conditions of sandy, muddy, slushy and rocky terrains apart from negotiating inclines and descents of various degrees. The event trail was about 36 kilometers including 15 kilometers of off-road driving through Bandhwadi village near Gurgaon.
