Hello Gents,

I'm starting a new thread for this conversion of my MM540 2WD to 4WD. First let me start hw I purchased this machine. I was searching for a long time for an offroader, since my farm is located about 50kms from home. I though a jeep would suit for that purpose + i can load it up with my farm equipment easy for transport. So I happened to drive few Jeep but nothing gave me a good impression, finally one of my brothers friend had this MM540 body, engine was in moderate condition. We agreed on the price deal done. I did some minor patch up jobs in the body, repainted suspension simup me and my brother did all the interior job. Posting some pictures of my RED BULL.

Congrats on the beast and all the very best for the 4WD project.
- How old is the machine and how many miles it clocked?
- Have you collected the parts for conversion?

When I bought this machine the ODO was not running, after using for a while I did a engine overhaul, changed all four piston and liner all standard size. Right now I have made 5000 kms in the ODO. I have done few trip of off road, will post you the pictures later. Engine wise I'm quite happy that's why I said its a mid life upgrade.
