Yesterday, Hyundai Motors silently launched the Santa-Fe in India. It is available in both, 4×2 as well as 4×4 versions which are priced Rs.20.95 Lakhs and Rs.22.95 Lakhs respectively (Ex.Showroom Delhi). This mighty SUV is equipped with a 2.2 Liter CRDi engine under the hood, which is capable to produce 197 BHP and is mated with a 6 Speed Manual Transmission. Skoda Auto India has officially launched the Fabia’s face lifted version in India which now comes at much – much affordable price tag but a little compromise with features can be noticed however. The refreshed Skoda Fabia gets an all new fascia making it look similar to Laura and rest of the Skoda line-up. And on the interiors, Fabia sports better looking chrome décor, along with a soft touch dashboard. 10/10/10 – Today was the final day of Auto Mall – Delhi 2010, which commenced with full throttle on 6th of this month. The Automotive India was cordially invited to attend the event, However, due to unavoidable circumstances we couldn’t make it on the inauguration day but still, being dedicated community for automobiles, we barely take a chance to miss any automotive-related event, hence this was no different. Last time when I visited Delhi’s Auto Mall was in year 2008 and to compare today’s event with previous one, this was somewhat smaller and appeared more like a bunch of car showrooms collected under single roof, to say the least. Fiat India has today launched the powerful version of beautiful Linea sedan, known as Linea T-Jet. The T-Jet is basically a 1.4 Liter turbocharged engine unit which is capable of producing total power of 114 PS at 5,000 RPM and maximum torque of 207 NM at 2200 RPM. Thus, those who previously complained about underpowered engine of Fiat Linea now have a valid reason to be happy.
